**By registering for the TNA APN Listserv, you agree to the following terms of usage. If you choose to send inappropriate content, you will be removed from the list.

* You agree not to use the Listserv to send unsolicited messages, commercial or otherwise, that announce job openings; that promote candidates for political office or contain campaign-related information; or that seek contributions for any organizations other than the Tennessee Nurses Foundation (TNF) or the Tennessee Nurses Political Action Committee (TN-PAC).

* You agree not to use the Listserv to send messages regarding any aspect of pricing or compensation for participants’ services or products, as price fixing (an agreement among competitors to charge a certain amount for their services or products or to stabilize prices) is considered anti-competitive by the U.S. government and is therefore illegal.
