INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITIES FOR CONTINUING NURSING EDUCATION
The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) defines continuing nursing education individual activities as those learning activities intended to build upon the educational and experiential bases of a professional RN for the enhancement of practice, education, administration, research, or theory development, to the end of improving the health of the public and the RN’s pursuit of their professional goals.
If you are planning an activity to increase, change, or improve the knowledge, skills and/or practice of nurses, the value of your activity is enhanced when approved CNE contact hours are awarded.
If this is your first application or you have questions, contact Dr. Sharon Hinton.
