1. Whom do I contact to renew my nursing license?

The Tennessee Board of Nursing, a state agency, issues initial licenses and license renewals.
Call 1-800-778-4123, ext. 25166 or (615) 532-3202 to contact the Board or visit the Web site for the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
