The Online Companion

Welcome to the online companion to the Tennessee Nurse magazine, the official publication of the Tennessee Nurses Association.

The Tennessee Nurse reports on current developments and trends in nursing and health care. Each issue contains a comprehensive focus on a particular issue facing the nursing profession. A selection of columns is designed to keep nurses up-to-date in areas such as legislation, nursing management, legal issues and membership news.

The magazine was originally established as The Bulletin in 1934. It is the only publication of its kind designed exclusively to reach Tennessee’s Registered Nurses (RNs) and is free with your paid membership to Tennessee Nurses Association (TNA). The Tennessee Nurse is published exclusively by the Tennessee Nurses Association.

Letters to the Editor: The entire Tennessee Nurse staff encourages your letters to the editor. In fact, we need to hear from you on a regular basis in order to improve our product and make sure that we’re publishing the information that our members want.  Please email your comments and feedback to the magazine’s managing editor, Cheri M. Glass .
