TNF Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees constitutes the governing body of the Tennessee Nurses Foundation. It shall manage, control, and direct the affairs and property of the Corporation, subject to its Bylaws, and shall have all powers necessary to carry out the purposes of the Corporation.
